At Fabas we are currently developing a novel, gently processed and more sustainable protein ingredient that serves as a base for plant based products. Our solution will lead to plant based products that can finally deliver what they promise: a more sustainable, healthy and tasty plant based alternative to meat and dairy. We are very happy to have Caroline as our Innosuisse Coach. She has been supporting us with her knowledge and her network from the very beginning of our new journey. Her technical expertise and her wonderful personal skills are a big support for us and we are looking forward to our cooperation with Caroline in the future.

A very interesting project which started with a B2C approach (I notably highly recommend their hummus) and developing an innovation trough hi-technology R&D, to move to the B2B market, to enhance the protein of the peas, associating link and added-value to farmers, as well as FoodTech innovation.
This team of women co-founders is a very great team to collaborate with, very passionate about the food sector and progressing in an impressive way in their entrepreneurial journey!
